How long does it take for my delivery to arrive?

Whit what do you ship your goods?

We ship our items via DHL GoGreen and Deutsche Post AG.

Where do you ship your goods to?

At the moment we only ship our goods within the EU.

What should I do if I want to return my goods?

- Made-to-measure goods

Can I exchange my goods?

No. You can return your goods and then place a new order in the shop with the desired goods.

Do I get a return label?

No, we do not offer a return label.

How do I find out my size?

You can find information about your size on our Size Advisor. More detailed information, such as length, can be found with the respective article in the Shop.

Can my clothes shrink?

Yes, in general almost all fabrics shrink a bit the first  wash. However, this is completely normal and hardly noticeable. Please note the care instructions for the respective articles.

What payment options do you accept?

How long does it take for my order to be ready?

After receipt of payment, your order will go into production immediately. Depending on how much effort the order to be sewn requires, the production time can vary from 5-30 working days. We will keep you up to date via email so that you have an overview of how far the production has progressed.
