SHIPPING
We ship your order as quickly as possible and climate-neutral after receipt of payment and completion of production.

Once the goods arrive DHL GoGreen, or the Deutsche Post AG been handed over, you will receive a shipping notification that includes a link to track the shipment. With the tracking number you can see the shipment status of your order at any time.
Please check if your delivery details are all correct. In case of incorrect information, GbR Terschüren, Erika & Römer, Katharina, ORIHIME DESIGNS will not assume any refund costs.
If the delivery is affected by force majeure, the delivery time will be extended appropriately. You will be informed about this. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold is only transferred to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer.
WITHIN GERMANY
Delivery:
Deliveries take place within 1-5 business days to your specified delivery address with the shipping company DHL GoGreen or Deutsche Post AG. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

Shipping:
We ship within Germany regardless of the order value for free.
WITHIN EUROPE
Delivery:
When shipping the available items within Europe, the delivery time increases depending on the recipient location up to 14 working days.

Shipping:
For shipping within the EU, we charge a flat rate EUR 10.00 per order.
Orihime Designs will inform you of the shipping costs at check-out and in the order form.
PACKAGING
Our goal is to keep our ecological footprint on our planet as small as possible.

We try to keep all the packaging materials we use as sustainable as possible. We use no plastic packaging.
Our stickers are all compostable and therefore easy to dispose of in organic waste.
​
In addition, we only print the most necessary forms and send delivery notes and invoices exclusively by email - for the sake of our environment.
Don't throw away the tissue paper and use it sustainably for other storage and packaging purposes.
​
Unfortunately, not packing a piece of clothing at all is not a logistical option, as it should reach the customer protected and in new condition.
